How we get you to the right option

This is how we choose to work: we do not publish individual property listings on this site, we go through the options with each client directly. Tell us what you are looking for, or about a property you want to sell or let, and we come back to you with what fits and with the next step.

How to start

  1. Get in touch

    Send us your request through the form, on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. You will have an initial reply within 24 hours, in Arabic or English.

  2. We take your brief

    Two or three questions about the property type, the area, the purpose and your timing, and we know exactly what we are looking for.

  3. We put the options to you

    We bring you what fits, explain what raises or lowers the price, and help you gather the essential facts about a property from the proper sources.

  4. We stay with you to signing

    We arrange viewings and documents and work with a lawyer on the contract and registration. Brokerage commission falls due when the transaction completes.

Sale and purchase
Brokerage commission is usually 2% of the transaction value from the seller and a separate 2% from the buyer. The rate can differ by prior agreement.
When it is due
On completion, and never in advance.
Letting
A commission agreed for each case, due when the lease is concluded.
Preliminary price opinion
Free, and it commits you to nothing.
Appraisal and service fees
Priced case by case and agreed before any work starts.
