- No property listings — This website publishes no specific properties, no property details, no prices and no locations. Suitable options are discussed directly with each client after contact.
- Artwork and photographs — The drawings on this site are illustrative symbols for the services and do not represent any specific property. The team photographs are real photographs of the team.
- No legal or tax advice — Nothing on this website is legal, tax or financial advice. A preliminary price opinion is a non-binding estimate and not a formal appraisal. Please consult a lawyer or a qualified specialist before making a decision.
- An inquiry creates no obligation — An inquiry or an exchange of information creates no brokerage, agency or partnership relationship and no obligation to pay a commission. Services and their fees are set by prior written agreement.
- Transaction money — We do not receive or hold purchase prices or deposits on behalf of the parties; those are paid between the parties through appropriate channels. Our own agreed commissions and service fees are paid to us under the agreement.
- Third parties — We work with independent lawyers and appraisers who are responsible for their own work, and whose fees are borne by the client as agreed directly with them.
- Accuracy — We make reasonable efforts to keep the published information accurate and current, and we recommend verifying anything specific to your case with its official source before you decide.
