Local expertise for your clients in Palestine

If your client owns property in Ramallah, Al-Bireh and the surrounding villages or elsewhere in the West Bank, or is looking for property there, we take on the local side of the file: the price, the search, the documents and the coordination with lawyers, through to completion.

What we add to your file

We work with real-estate agents, lawyers, financial advisers and organisations outside Palestine whose clients have a property interest inside the area we serve — Ramallah, Al-Bireh and the surrounding villages, and the wider West Bank when needed.

What we bring is practical: a realistic reading of price in the local market, a direct search for the counterparty, follow-up on documents at the municipality and the Land Registry, coordination of the power of attorney and the contract with a lawyer, and a client relationship handled in Arabic or English and around your client’s time zone.

Because we publish no listings on this site, each client’s options are discussed with them directly once contact is made.

What we need from you to start

A short message is enough. Please do not send documents, ID numbers or banking details through this website.

  • The nature of the request — Briefly, what the client wants: to sell, to buy, to let, to have a property managed, or an opinion on price.
  • Area and property type — The city or village, the property type and the approximate size. No exact address is needed at this stage.
  • Contact channel and language — How we should reach the client, their preferred language and their time zone, so we can choose a suitable time to call.
  • The limits of your role — Whether you want to stay involved in the file or simply make the referral, and who keeps the client informed of the steps.
  • The client’s awareness — Your confirmation that the client knows about the referral and agrees that we may contact them directly.

What happens after the first contact

  1. A straight answer within 24 hours

We say whether the request falls inside our service area and what we can do with it. Where we think a file is not worth pursuing, we say so at the outset.

  2. Terms agreed in writing before work starts

The scope of cooperation, the referral terms and any referral fee are agreed in writing before work on the referral proceeds, including how it is handled and how we communicate.

  3. We look after the client and keep you informed

We handle the client relationship in Arabic or English, and keep you updated as agreed and as far as the client’s privacy allows.

Terms of cooperation

  • Non-exclusive — Cooperation is non-exclusive on both sides. It creates no exclusivity or dedicated capacity for either party, no standing obligation to send referrals back, and no permanent preference.
  • Referral terms in writing before the work — The terms covering the relevant referral are documented in writing before work on it proceeds, including how it is handled and any permitted financial arrangements.
  • Referral-fee arrangements are not published — What is not published here is the referral-fee arrangement between us and you; that is agreed in writing at the time. The brokerage commission the client pays is published, with its rates, on the how we work and fees page.
  • An initial contact binds no one — A first contact or an exchange of information creates no mandate, agency, partnership or fee commitment.
  • Transaction money — We do not receive or hold purchase prices or deposits on behalf of the parties; those payments are made between the relevant parties through appropriate channels. Our own agreed commissions and service fees are separate and are paid under the agreed terms.
  • Your professional rules, and where our role ends — Every professional remains bound by the rules and licences that apply to them in their own jurisdiction, and any arrangement with us must respect those. We provide practical guidance and coordination, not legal or tax advice.

Talk to us about a referral

Tell us briefly what the request is, the area and the property type, and we will explain what we can do before either side commits to anything.
