What we do

We work with owners, heirs, buyers, tenants and businesses, in Palestine and abroad, across Ramallah, Al-Bireh and the surrounding villages, and the wider West Bank when needed.

What we can do for you

01

Sell your property

We give you the market price to expect, look for a serious buyer through our own contacts in the market, and negotiate with you through to signing and transfer of title.

Selling from abroad
02

Buy land or property

We define exactly what you need, search for suitable options, and help you gather the essential facts about each property before you decide.

03

Letting, both sides

We find owners a suitable tenant, and find the right place for people looking for a home or premises — through to the signing of the lease.

Rentals & management
04

Manage your property

Regular follow-up, tenant communication and maintenance coordination for owners who are short of time or living outside Palestine. Scope and service fees are agreed case by case.

05

Business premises

Offices, shops and warehouses to buy or rent, matched to your activity, the space you need and your requirements for access and utilities.

06

Price opinion and appraisal

A free preliminary opinion of market value from our knowledge of the market. If you are asked for a certified report, we coordinate a formal appraisal with a licensed specialist for a separate fee.

07

Documents and official procedures

We work out which documents your case actually needs, coordinate with the municipality and the Land Registry to check the registration deed and the essential facts, and explain which official charges may apply.

08

Power of attorney and lawyers

If you are abroad or cannot attend, we explain how a valid power of attorney is issued and verify the right route with a lawyer. We coordinate contract drafting, document review and registration with a lawyer we work with, or with your own. Their fees are borne by the relevant party.

09

Payment coordination

We coordinate the practical payment arrangements between the parties and their lawyers. We do not receive or hold purchase prices or deposits on anyone’s behalf; they are paid between the parties through appropriate channels.

10

Working with professionals abroad

We take on the local side of the file for brokers, lawyers and advisers whose clients own property in the West Bank, or are looking for property there.

How the options reach you

We publish no property listings on this site; we go through the options with each client directly. We follow the market and know who is selling and who is looking, so we approach the right party ourselves, then take you through what suits you one option at a time, keeping your affairs and the other party’s private.

What you get out of working with us

  • Ground-level knowledge of this market — The team’s brokerage experience runs to around 20 years in Ramallah, Al-Bireh and the surrounding area, and that is what our view on price and on the merit of each option rests on.
  • Arabic and English, and your time zone — If you are outside Palestine we agree a suitable time to call, and communicate by phone, WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer.
  • A straight answer, including when it is unwelcome — We tell you when an asking price is far from the market, when documents need putting in order, or when nothing on the market matches your brief, rather than promising what will not happen.
  • Clear coordination with specialists — We coordinate with lawyers, appraisers and official departments, and make clear what we handle and what others handle. Their fees are borne by the relevant party, and we are not a source of legal or tax advice.

Fees at a glance

This summary covers most cases; the full detail is on the how we work and fees page.

Sale and purchase commission
Usually 2% of the transaction value from the seller and a separate 2% from the buyer, due on completion. The rate may differ by prior agreement, confirmed in writing.
Rental commission
Agreed separately for each case and due on completion of the rental transaction.
Preliminary price opinion
Free and without obligation. A formal appraisal is prepared by a licensed specialist for a separate fee.
Other service fees
Property management, business-premises search and document coordination are priced case by case, with scope and charges agreed before work starts.
Third-party costs
Lawyers’ and appraisers’ fees and official charges from the municipality, the Land Registry and the notary are borne by the relevant party and are not included in our commission.

Tell us what you need

Two lines are enough to begin: what you have or what you are looking for, and the area. We take it from there and agree the next step with you.
