Who we are
A real-estate office working as JORealty, with property owners, heirs, buyers, tenants and businesses — inside Palestine and from abroad.
Our work is real-estate brokerage: selling and buying property, letting for both sides, property management, finding business premises such as offices, shops and warehouses, preliminary price opinions and the coordination of formal appraisals, coordination of documents and procedures at the municipality and the Land Registry, and coordination with lawyers where a case requires it.
Many of the people we work with live outside Palestine and own property here, or are thinking of buying. So we work in Arabic and English, allow for time differences when arranging calls, and explain each step before it is taken.

How we work, in practice
Not slogans — rules we hold to on every case:
- We go through the options with you directly — No listing, price, exact location or owner identity is published on this website. Tell us what you are looking for, or what you want to sell or let, and we come back to you with what fits.
- We say when a property is not marketable — If the asking price is far from the market, or the documents need putting in order before the property can be offered, we say so at the outset instead of wasting your time.
- We agree fees before starting — Scope and charges are agreed before we begin, and any different arrangement is confirmed in writing. The detail is on the how we work and fees page.
- We never hold client funds — We do not receive or hold purchase prices or deposits on behalf of the parties; those payments are made between them through appropriate channels. Our own agreed commissions and service fees are separate and are paid under the agreed terms.
- We keep client information private — We use what you send to answer and follow up your request. We do not publish client names or their transactions, and we do not use them in promotion.
- We refer to specialists — We do not give legal or tax advice. We coordinate with a lawyer, a licensed appraiser or the competent authority whenever a case calls for it.
